Group Training

These programs are designed to assist the client to improve their health and overall fitness with the aim to achieving a better quality of life.

Great fun with friends

The unique program offered by EliteBodies is the outdoor group fitness sessions. These are designed to achieve not only health and fitness but also instill long-term health practices for everyone. They are designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. The group sessions are run for small groups consisting of 12 -15 people.

Restore your fitness

Clients are offered various options for training. EB will meet clients at a specified location such as a beach, park or indoors if the weather calls for it. For the group sessions, outdoors will be the preferred option, for the space and versatility of the location.

Improve your strength & flexibility

The training locations are Corrimal East, Corrimal and Wollongong areas. What makes EliteBodies programs unique as a whole, is we design for everyone to achieve a level of fitness, flexibility, strength and good health along the way

Since I started training with elitebodies my overall fitness has improved greatly. Irene, our friendly trainer, caters her sessions to all ages and levels of fitness and varies the exercises in each session to allow you to work at your own level.

I have been involved in some form of training regime for many years due to my involvement in a number of sports.
About 15 years ago I stopped training as I was offered a management role which involved long working hours and I was just too tired to train. Slowly I put on weight and obviously lost condition.
I started my own business five years ago which again demanded a lot of time and effort so I even stopped walking for exercise which I had been doing twice a week.
